Mr Ian Halleen

Ian Halleen is a forty year veteran of the live export industry and Managing Director of Halleen Australasian Livestock Traders Pty Ltd, the company he cofounded in 1983 with an emphasis on trading livestock into South-East Asia.

Ian pioneered the Indonesian feeder cattle trade with the first shipment of feeder cattle into Indonesia in 1984 and ahas since supplied livestock into varied markets, including East and West Malaysia, Brunei, Mauritius, China, Vietnam and Thailand. He has also initiated the development of several highly successful integrated breeding and feeder operations under palm in Indonesia.
