For the 2015-2016 financial year period, Cameron was General Manager at Live Exports for Elders, based in Melbourne. Cameron was responsible for the day-to-day management, performance and development of: Management of operations of Elders Live Export divisions; Elders International Australia P/L (long haul exports) & North Australia Cattle Company P/L (short haul exports) for international livestock exports of beef and dairy cattle to various countries including China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia.

He is a past Livestock Industry Young Achiever and represented 44 members as Chairman of the Queensland Livestock Exporters Association (QLEA) for 8 years.

Chief Executive Officer of the Consolidated Pastoral Company (CPC). Director of numerous CPC subsidiaries including cattle importer JJAA Indonesia. Graduate of UNE – Rural Science, Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Rural Leadership Program. Former Director of Killara Feedlot, Australian Beef Industry Foundation, North Australian Beef Limited. Mr Setter has 9 years’ direct involvement with the livestock export trade.
